This building is Grade II listed and was the last remaining un-modernised property in a terrace of fine semi- detached period villas. It was bought by a private client with the aim of converting it from two flats into a single dwelling.
The brief was to turn the property into a high quality contemporary home, fitted out and finished to the standard normally expected of a top-end residential property in this upmarket area of London.
