House of Fraser, Display Case
The brief was to design a bolted glass display case which could be used to display goods in the main entrance of the store.
The sides of the display case was formed from 10/1.5/10mm toughened over toughened laminated glass panels which were clamped at base level, using stainless steel nested angles and Arbokol 682.
The glass lid was also formed from 10/1.5/10mm toughened over toughened laminated glass, and was bolted to the side panels by bespoke machined stainless steel glass fixings.
