Clear Structures were responsible for providing engineering design services in relation to redevelopment of the former storage warehouse into a mixed use development in late 2002. Removal of the existing windows in the facade and the retention of much of the internal slabs and columns have maintained much of the original buildings character.
This project received a commandment from the judges of the UK Aluminium in Renovation Award for 2007.
