Clear Structures provided glass design engineering services for the bolted glass entrance facade incorporating a Boon Edam revolving door, for the new campus building at the University of Essex.
The three storey entrance facades was constructed from glazed panels bolted back to powder coated support columns.
The entrance facade was punctured by a fabricated goal post frame which took the load of the facade panels. Inside this goal post frame a Boon Edam revolving door and a pass door were installed.
